I worry we’re apporaching protein burnout. But

I worry we’re apporaching protein burnout.

But I don’t share protein-packed recipes in the hopes of going viral. I share them because it’s genuinely how I eat (or do my best to).

When I first started lifting weights (and shifted my mindset from getting smaller to getting stronger), prioritizing protein helped me see a meaningful difference in my muscle growth. It also helped give structure to my meals: choose a protein source and build around it!

As a vegetarian, this requires a little extra creativity — which is where this page comes in. I hope I can provide you with great-tasting recipes that ALSO help you hit your goals.

If you’re sick of seeing the word protein everywhere, I get it. Just know there’s a reason why I keep talking about it 😉
