I wrote the book I couldn’t find. 

I started thinking seriously about protein in 2018, when I shifted from running to lifting weights as my primary form of exercise. I knew that if I wanted to build muscle, I had to step up my protein intake. But I couldn’t find a source for easy, great-tasting, protein-packed vegetarian recipes I was actually excited to make. So it became my mission to create one. 

Protein-Packed Vegetarian is filled with 100+ feel-good, vegetable-forward recipes designed to energize you, keep you full, and make hitting your protein (and fiber!) goals waaay more enjoyable. It’s packed with smart, practical tips to boost protein in ways that aren’t repetitive or boring — things I’ve learned over years of eating this way and now can’t wait to share with you. 

But close your eyes and ignore the title, and you’ll find that at the end of the day, these are simply creative, nutritious, delicious recipes EVERYONE, even the meat eaters in the family, will love (just ask my husband Pat).
