Ingredients

  • cubed or melon-balled melon (watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, or a combo)
  • thinly sliced Persian cucumber
  • crumbled feta cheese
  • chopped fresh herbs (such as dill, chives, and mint)
  • lime zest and juice
  • olive oil
  • flaky salt
  • sumac and/or chili powder, if desired

Instructions

  • Combine the melon, cucumber, feta, and herbs in a large bowl. Add lime zest and juice, olive oil, and flaky salt to taste, plus a dash of sumac and/or chili powder, if using. Toss together and serve. Scale up or down as you please.
