Ingredients
- 1 (1-pound package) store-bought sugar cookie dough
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 24 marshmallows
- 1 (7.6-ounce) bag Reese’s minis
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Beat cookie dough and graham cracker crumbs until combined.
- Divide half the dough among a greased 24-cup mini muffin tin (about 1/2 tablespoon each). Use your thumb to make an indentation in each.
- Bake until golden and set around the edges, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven, adjust rack to upper third (second position from the top), and heat the broiler to HIGH.
- Cut the marshmallows in half, then place cut side down in warm cookie cups. Broil until toasty, 30 seconds to 1 minutes. Watch closely to prevent burning!
- Immediately press a mini Reese’s cup into each marshmallow and sprinkle with flaky salt. Let cool 5 minutes, remove from pan, then dig in and repeat with remaining ingredients.
