high-protein pumpkin spice frosty
You know you’ve made a good frosty when you can eat it with a spoon, or sip it with a straw.
All you need is ice, protein powder, pumpkin, cottage cheese, pumpkin pie spice, a splash of milk, blend it all up. I promise you can’t taste the cottage cheese, it just adds extra protein and makes it super creamy.

serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 heaping cup ice
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla, cinnamon, or pumpkin pie. I use Ghost Vegan Cinnabon.)
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (I use Good Culture)
- a few dashes pumpkin pie spice
- pinch of flaky sea salt
- 2 tablespoons milk of choice (I use Fairlife skim)
Instructions
- Blend it all up! Add more ice to thicken, more milk to thin.
