You know you’ve made a good frosty when you can eat it with a spoon, or sip it with a straw.

All you need is ice, protein powder, pumpkin, cottage cheese, pumpkin pie spice, a splash of milk, blend it all up. I promise you can’t taste the cottage cheese, it just adds extra protein and makes it super creamy.

high-protein pumpkin spice frosty

serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 heaping cup ice
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla, cinnamon, or pumpkin pie. I use Ghost Vegan Cinnabon.)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese (I use Good Culture)
  • a few dashes pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of flaky sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk of choice (I use Fairlife skim)

Instructions

  • Blend it all up! Add more ice to thicken, more milk to thin.
