no-bake dot cake JUST SAYING this is a riff on t no-bake dot cake JUST SAYING 

this is a riff on the 2-ingredient Japanese cheesecake but it makes me think a classic icebox dot cake would be 👌

to make it:

whip one @good_culture cup with a drizzle of maple syrup and a splash of vanilla in a mini food processor to taste. 

return to cup and add one serving @simplemills chocolate brownie sweet thins. really push them in bc you’ll then swoosh the top with more cottage cheese to cover them. 

refrigerate at least 4 hours then dip into sprinkles!
