Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces (1/3 cup) full-fat feta cheese, from a block packed in brine
- 2 teaspoons tomato achaar (such as Brooklyn Delhi)
- 1 large egg
- 1 mini naan
- 1 tablespoon labneh or full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- fresh herbs for serving, such as dill, cilantro, mint, or parsley
Instructions
- Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Crumble in feta around perimeter. Spoon the tomato achaar on top of the feta.
- Crack the egg into the center and cover the pan. Cook, reducing heat if necessary, until the white is set, the yolk is still runny, and the cheese is crispy.
- Meanwhile, warm the naan and spread with labneh. Place the fried egg on top. Top with herbs and dig in!
