5-minute mango fro-yo

5-minute mango fro-yo



  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1/2 – 1 cup cottage cheese (less will make it more sorbet-like and fruit-forward, more will make it creamier and more like fro-yo)
  • zest (optional) and juice of 1/2 lime
  • drizzle of honey, to taste


  • Add everything to the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Process until smooth, moving things around and scraping down the bottom and sides as necessary. (It will take a few minutes/look too dry at first, but I promise it will start to break down and then quickly become smooth)
  • Top with fruit, toasted coconut, more lime zest and honey… whatever you please!! yYou can also pop it in the freezer for a few hours if you want a firmer, more scoopable texture.
